Refund policy
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Swiss Scriptor sells digital ebooks and companion files. There is no physical item to return. Please review the description, language, file format and included resources before purchase.
Except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund once the purchased digital content has been supplied or accessed.
REQUESTING HELP
Contact hello@swiss-scriptor.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of the issue. A screenshot of an error can help, but do not include payment-card details or passwords.
Report a problem as soon as reasonably possible. This request for prompt contact does not create a deadline that removes a statutory remedy.
MISSING DELIVERY OR ACCESS PROBLEMS
If you do not receive the purchased content, check your order email and spam folder, then contact us. We will check the order and help reissue an appropriate download link or otherwise supply the agreed files.
If we cannot supply the purchased content within the time required by the agreement or applicable law, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.
DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISDESCRIBED CONTENT
If a file is corrupted, the wrong product is delivered or the content materially fails to match its description, contact us for a resolution. As appropriate, we may provide the correct file, restore access or correct the problem.
Where a problem cannot be resolved as required by law, an applicable remedy may include a price reduction or refund. The change-of-mind rule does not override these rights.
DUPLICATE PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION
If you believe you paid twice for the same intended purchase, contact us so we can check the transactions and refund a confirmed unintended duplicate.
To request cancellation before digital fulfillment, contact us promptly. We will check whether access has already been provided and explain the available resolution. We cannot promise to stop an automated delivery that has already occurred.
STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
If mandatory withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, those rules take priority over our voluntary refund terms. For example, an applicable 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is lost only when the relevant legal conditions have been met, which can include your prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the loss of that right and the required confirmation.
Accepting general store terms or merely receiving a link does not, by itself, satisfy every condition for losing a statutory withdrawal right. Contact us if you wish to exercise a right that remains available.
APPROVED REFUNDS
Approved voluntary refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. A shorter mandatory legal deadline takes priority.
We do not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund you are legally entitled to receive. The refund amount reflects the amount paid for the affected purchase, including taxes where applicable.
BUNDLES AND REFUNDED FILES
A bundle purchase covers the listed ebooks and resources together. A change of mind about one included guide does not create a separate voluntary return right. Mandatory remedies for an affected component remain available.
If a transaction is fully refunded and the license is lawfully ended, stop using and delete the affected copies except where the law permits retention. We may disable the associated download link, without restricting unrelated valid purchases.
