Shipping policy
NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
All products sold by Swiss Scriptor are digital ebooks and companion files. We do not ship printed books, devices or other physical items. Product images are visual mockups of the digital collection.
No physical shipping charge applies to these digital products. Any applicable taxes or other charges payable to us are shown before checkout.
HOW CONTENT IS DELIVERED
After payment confirmation and any applicable order verification, purchased content is provided through a download link sent to the email used at checkout. Where enabled, a link may also be available on an order-confirmation or order-status page.
An order receipt is not necessarily the email containing the download link. Delivery can depend on payment approval, the fulfillment settings and technical processing. Any specific delivery time stated before purchase applies to that order.
YOUR EMAIL AND DEVICE
Use an accurate email address that you can access, and check your spam or junk folder if a delivery message is missing. Contact hello@swiss-scriptor.com if the checkout email needs to be corrected.
PDF files require a device and software capable of opening PDF documents, plus an internet connection for the download. The product page identifies the supplied format and language. We do not imply compatibility with an unlisted proprietary ebook format.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A standalone purchase includes the ebook and companion resources listed on its product page. The Digital Business Library includes the five ebooks and their listed companion resources. A bundle may be delivered as several files or as an archive.
A download does not include coaching, a subscription, a software license, a printed edition or future content unless the product description expressly includes it.
DOWNLOAD ACCESS
Download links are intended for the purchaser's permitted use and should not be posted publicly or shared with others. Any applicable download limit or expiry must be stated before purchase.
Save a permitted copy of your purchased files for your use. Contact us if a link is no longer usable or a legitimate download fails so we can investigate. Any statutory supply or update obligation remains in force.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If files are missing, incomplete, inaccessible or incorrect, email hello@swiss-scriptor.com with the order number and details of the issue. We will check the purchase and help provide the agreed content.
Our Refund Policy explains remedies where delivery cannot be completed or the content is defective. Technical troubleshooting does not remove a right provided by applicable law.
